- We and lend up to 65% of appraised value of property – may consider also small 2nd or vtb (vendor take back) if required.
- Land cannot be leased – MUST own the land
- Age: Ideally it is 15 years or less case by case for older homes
- Should have CSA (Canadian Standards Association) sticker
